PIONEER Type 4/5/6 Coverall

The PIONEER Type 4/5/6 Coverall delivers versatile protection across multiple industrial environments. Engineered from polypropylene-coated spun-bound non-woven fabric at 60gsm, this one-piece suit features elasticated hood, cuffs, back and ankles with overlocked seams for secure coverage. The zip-up front design offers easy donning and doffing, while the lightweight, breathable construction keeps workers comfortable in warm conditions.

Optimised fabric weight provides excellent mechanical strength and reliable particle barrier protection against asbestos, brick dust, and light aerosol mist. Strong anti-static treatment prevents static build-up in sensitive environments. Ideal for pharmaceutical, industrial, maintenance, electrical assembly, asbestos removal, ship cleaning, spray painting, mining, wood and metal processing, hygiene, cleaning, food production, factories and hospitals.

Meets Type 4 EN14605 (spray-tight), Type 5 EN ISO 13982-1 (dry particle), and Type 6 EN13034 (reduced spray) standards. Not suitable for heavy liquid splashes or prolonged wet environments. Available in white, sizes M–3XL.
