AT VERTEXWORKWEAR we aim to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within South Africa.
If you require international shipping, please contact us before placing your order.

2. Processing & Dispatch Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We partner with trusted couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Estimated shipping times:

Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days = R155.00

Free Shipping LOCAL (within Gauteng): On orders over R2500 = FREE

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays).

4. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

Shipping costs depend on the delivery location and selected shipping method.
Free shipping is available for orders over R2500.00 (South Africa only).

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
Use the tracking link provided to monitor your shipment status.

6. Delivery Issues & Delays

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us for assistance.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, strikes, or natural disasters.
If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

7. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and items.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund if the issue is verified.
